Inspections take a minimum of 3 hours to complete, and it is recommended that you stay on premises for the duration, if possible. *Late evening & weekend inspections may be available, call for availability. Info to be included with every inspection request: +Clients first and last name, +Current address, +Email +Phone number +Name of realtor client is working with along with realtors email address to receive confirmation of inspection, and the property to be inspected address. Payment must be received in full along with a signed inspection agreement prior to the release of the report. If paying on the day of the home inspection, payment can be made in the form of cash, check, and credit card.
